Iglesia el Salvador (Church of the Savior)

The Church of the Savior is located between the Paseo del Balcón de Europa and Plaza Cavana, near the beach.

There are few temples with representations of the three archangels, but this is one of them.

Inside this church there is a mural dedicated to the Incarnation.

It is a Baroque style church.

The construction of the church El Salvador finished in the year 1697, although the works of extension were realized between the year 1776 and the year 1792.
In 1997 it underwent a remodeling and took its present aspect.

The visit to the Church is free but it is only open during worship time..
